Abstract/Description: | Soon after its founding in 1987, the "Land Trust" held an "open house" at 817 Exum Street. Now known as the DCLT (Durham Community Land Trustees), it promotes affordable housing in Durham's West End neighborhoods. At the far right is mayor Wib Gulley holding his newborn son Paul. At far left is city council member Sandy Ogburn, and third from left is Lorisa Seibel, president of the board of the Land Trust. |
